Important Information:
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refer to the brand’s policy for more information about return shipping.
Due to hygienic reasons or brand-specific guidelines, certain products are not eligible for return. These include:
- Personal care items, skincare, PPE (e.g., face coverings), and underwear, which are final sale and not accepted for return due to sanitary reasons.
- All clearance/sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Return windows may vary depending on the brand. Some may allow a 30-day return window, while others may have shorter or longer periods. Consult the brand’s exchange policy for more details. Additionally, some items may require approval before being returned, and inspections may apply.
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
