We cannot accept international returns (outside the U.S.). We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not currently offer exchanges. For gift returns, please view our Gift Return policy. If your item(s) arrived damaged, or if your order never arrived, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com within 8 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. Be sure to use the same email address used to place the order so we can assist you more quickly. We want you to love your Nomadix gear—but if you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on shiftinggaia.com as long as it meets the following criteria:

Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 28 days of delivery. For holiday purchases & returns, please read our Holiday Shipping & Return policy. For hygienic purposes, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, free of odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear. Items must be returned in the original packaging (i.e., cardboard sleeves and tags). See “Important: Original Packaging Required” below. Sale items (excluding bundle packs), gift cards, and gift-with-purchase promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on shiftinggaia.com.

Important: Original Packaging Required

All returns must include the product’s original packaging—specifically the printed cardboard sleeves and tags. Items that do not meet the return criteria listed above (e.g., missing original packaging or used) will not be refunded or returned to the customer. These items will be responsibly donated.

Refund Details

A flat fee of $12 per return label used will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
