What is Shifting Gaia’s return and exchange policy?
At Shifting Gaia, we advocate for mindful consumption, which is why we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and brand policies before placing your order. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help!
To request an exchange, please complete our Exchange Request Form. We’ll process your request and guide you through the next steps based on the brand fulfilling your order. Since we work with eco-conscious brands, exchange policies may vary. Check each brand’s individual guidelines on our website.
Will my order arrive in one package?
your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each eco-conscious brand we work with fulfills their own orders, so you may receive separate tracking details for each package. Rest assured, we’re working hard to ensure all your products arrive safely and on time!
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States, Canada, and select international locations. As each brand may have different shipping policies, some brands may offer international shipping directly from their store. If you’re outside of these regions, feel free to contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details for each package via email. You can track each shipment individually and watch as your purchases make their way to you! 🌍✨

Do you offer gift cards?

Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?
For hygiene reasons, some products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These typically include personal care items, skincare products, PPE (such as face coverings), and underwear. Additionally, products marked as "final sale" are non-returnable. Please check the individual product’s page for full details.
How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?
We aim to process all exchanges and returns within 3 to 5 business days. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you instructions to guide you through the process, ensuring a smooth experience.
