We gladly accept returns of damaged merchandise for a full refund. We also offer store credit or an exchange for unworn, unused, and undamaged merchandise (with the original tags) purchased from our online store within 28 days from the original date of purchase, except for items marked as Final Sale.

Returns

Only damaged products are eligible for a refund. Unworn, unused, and undamaged merchandise with original tags (not marked as Final Sale) is eligible for store credit or an exchange. Exchanges

All exchanges must be requested within 28 days from the original date of purchase. Eligible items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and have original tags attached. Sale items (unless marked Final Sale) are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Defective Products

We take great care in our design and quality control process, following a three-step inspection to ensure the best standards. Our products are crafted from natural fibers at upskilling centers, sustainably and ethically. Please note that certain textures are inherent characteristics of natural fibers and not defects. If you receive a defective product, email hello@shiftinggaia.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and our team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds for damaged items are issued to your original payment method. Store credit will appear in your Shifting Gaia account within 7 business days after the returned product arrives at our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free return shipping for damaged merchandise eligible for a refund.
