How to Return or Exchange

Contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com to request a return or exchange. Our team will review your request and send you a return shipping label. Pack the item(s) carefully and attach the return shipping label to the box. Allow several days for transit and additional time for receiving and inspection. Once approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow several days for your bank to complete processing on their end.

Damaged in Transit?

If your package or item was damaged during shipping, please initiate a return as above and email hello@shiftinggaia.com with photo evidence of the damaged packaging and item(s).
