Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have an amazing experience with Shiftinggaia. If for any reason you don’t love your purchase, we want to hear about it and make it right. We do not charge any restocking or return processing fees.

Return Window

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. For knitwear, please remove any jewelry that could snag or pull on the yarn when trying on. We are unable to accept knitwear that has any damage due to trying on. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the packing slip included with your order. For all returns and refunds, please email hello@shiftinggaia.com before shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please: Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank, since processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com .

Shipping

Please mail your return back to us in the same packaging your order was sent in, to the address provided in your return confirmation email. We do not charge any restocking or return processing fees for accepted refunds. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
