Lost or Stolen Packages
We offer shipping protection at checkout. If your order has shipping protection and is lost or damaged, please email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number to start a claim.
By opting out of shipping protection, Ananday is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.
For unprotected orders, we will follow the carrier’s claims policy to either locate your parcel or deem it lost. This process may take 6–8 weeks and is at the discretion of the carrier.
If your unprotected order has GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor, or at a secure location, Ananday is not responsible for a refund or replacement.
