Product eligibility
Due to the nature of these items, candles and body products are final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a shipping damage or packing error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@shiftinggaia.com
with clear photos within 5 days of delivery.
If items are missing, email hello@shiftinggaia.com
within 3 days of delivery.
When a claim is approved, you may choose either:
A replacement shipped at no additional shipping charge, or
A refund for the product price excluding shipping and handling.

Shipping time from Hawaii is estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed.
Please double check your address. Orders with incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility. If you notice an error before shipment, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com
immediately. Once an order ships, adjustments are not possible.
Orders usually ship within 24 hours on business days. The studio is closed on Sundays. Orders placed Saturday through Monday typically ship on Tuesday.
Free shipping thresholds offered by the brand may use ground methods with longer transit times. Expedited options are available at checkout. Tracking details will be sent when your order leaves the studio.
Notes for transparency: We coordinate with To Be Organics LLC for issue resolution on Shifting Gaia orders. Any physical return address used during a verified claim will reflect the brand’s details, not Shifting Gaia’s.
