At Dip, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Return Window
We offer returns within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for gift cards, the Dip Shampoo Triplet, or subscription purchases.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@shiftinggaia.com
. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, size, or style, the quickest way is to request a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@shiftinggaia.com
if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photos are very helpful in resolving these cases quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
