BrunnaCo β€” Returns and Exchanges (via Shifting Gaia) Return window Our policy lasts 13 days from the date of purchase. After 13 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If something is wrong with your item, please email hello@shiftinggaia.com and we will work with BrunnaCo to find the best solution. Return eligibility Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Pack the item carefully. Items that arrive broken, damaged, squeezed, or used are not eligible for refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping fees. Where returns ship All shipments and returns are from and to the BrunnaCo studio address in La Jolla, California. Non-returnable items Custom orders All sale items are final sale Proof of purchase A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Partial refunds Partial refunds may be granted, if applicable, for: Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error Items returned more than 13 days after delivery Refund process Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer. If you do not see the refund after their posted timelines, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com . Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com within 13 days of purchase to start an exchange for the same item. If you would like to exchange for a different item, you are responsible for return and re-shipping fees. Any price difference will be invoiced, plus a $3 handling fee. Before you buy Please review each item’s description and product photos carefully before purchasing. Order processing time Each bag is handmade. Please allow 3–4 business days for BrunnaCo to make your item. If you need it by a certain date, tell us and we will request expedited processing when possible.
